🎨 How to Order:

• Enter your personalization details in the box — include text, font preferences, colors, or upload your logo/image.
• After your order is placed, we’ll create a mock-up of your custom design and send it to you for approval.
• Once you approve the mock-up, we’ll begin production and ship your one-of-a-kind tumbler!

💌 Processing & Shipping:

• Mock-up sent within 3-5 business days after your order has processed
• Production time begins after mock-up approval (typically 3–5 business days)
• Production takes roughly 2-4 weeks, depending on the materials being added to the tumbler (including glitter, mica, pigment, flakes,etc)
• Production time involving only sublimation is 2-4 days.
