Dragon Pages Design is a small business built around creativity, unique designs, and products made to bring a little extra magic into everyday life. Whether you're shopping for a glitter tumbler, a custom creation, or craft supplies for your next big idea, I'm happy you're here!

These Terms of Service explain how my shop operates, what you can expect when placing an order, and what I ask of you as a customer. By visiting my website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Dragon Pages Design operates this website and online store through Shopify. Throughout these terms, the words "I," "me," "my," "we," or "our" refer to Dragon Pages Design, as applicable.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked throughout this document, including my Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Products, Colors & Creative Differences

Every product is created, selected, or offered with care. However, there are a few things to keep in mind when shopping online.

• Colors may vary. Colors and designs can look different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and the materials used.

• Handmade and customized items are unique. Minor variations in glitter placement, design details, colors, and finishes may occur. These little differences are part of the handmade process and do not automatically mean an item is defective.

• Product details matter. Please read each listing carefully for size, materials, features, personalization options, and other important details before purchasing.

• Availability can change. Products may be added, updated, discontinued, or temporarily unavailable without notice.

I do my best to represent products accurately, but I cannot guarantee that every item will look exactly as it appears on your screen.

If you have a question about a product before purchasing, please reach out. I'd rather help you choose the right item than have you be surprised when your package arrives!

3. Placing Orders

When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the items in your cart at the prices and under the terms displayed at checkout.

Orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment processing. I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other legitimate concerns, subject to applicable law.

Please double-check your order before completing checkout, including:

• Product selection, size, and quantity

• Customization details, spelling, and personalization

• Shipping address and contact information

• Discounts, payment details, and final order total

Once an order has been accepted or production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will review the situation and let you know what options are available under my policies.

4. Custom Orders & Personalized Creations

Custom products are made specifically for you, which makes the details especially important!

When placing a custom order, you are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, including names, wording, colors, and other requested design information.

Please review any mockup or proof provided to you carefully. If a proof is supplied for approval, production may depend on receiving your approval.

Once a design has been approved or production has begun, changes may not be possible. Additional charges may apply to requested changes when they can be accommodated.

Custom orders may not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations simply because you change your mind or no longer want the item, except where required by law or stated in my Return and Refund Policy.

If I make a mistake with your personalization or the item does not match the approved design, please contact me so we can review the issue.

A friendly reminder: Please check your spelling before approving your design. Even the most talented dragon cannot always rescue a typo after production begins! 🐉

5. Prices, Payments & Discounts

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you place it.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout when required.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Coupons, sales & promotions

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated terms, expiration dates, and exclusions.

Unless a promotion specifically says otherwise:

• Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.

• Discounts do not apply to excluded products, including custom or clearance items when specified in the promotion.

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.

• Promotions may be changed or discontinued as permitted by law.

Please read the details of each sale before checking out so you know exactly what your discount covers.

6. Processing Times & Shipping

Good things take time, especially when creativity and custom work are involved!

Processing times vary depending on the product, order volume, and whether an item is ready to ship or made to order. Please refer to my Shipping Policy and the applicable product listing for current processing estimates.

Processing time is different from shipping transit time. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is generally outside my control.

I am not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, postal disruptions, incorrect addresses supplied at checkout, or other circumstances beyond my reasonable control. However, if your package appears delayed or lost, please contact me and I will help you review the available information.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply if a package must be reshipped because an incorrect address was provided.

7. Returns, Refunds & Order Problems

I want you to be excited about your Dragon Pages Design purchase!

If something is wrong with your order, please contact me promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help assess damage, defects, or incorrect items.

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and eligible order issues are handled according to my Return Policy.

Please review that policy before purchasing, especially if you are ordering a custom, personalized, or clearance item.

Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Tumbler Care & Product Use

Tumblers and other handmade products should be cared for according to the instructions provided with the item or in its product listing.

Unless a specific listing expressly states otherwise, do not assume that a tumbler or decorated item is dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, or suitable for prolonged soaking.

Handwashing is generally the safest choice for decorated tumblers. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh scrubbing, and excessive heat that may damage the finish or design.

Please inspect products before use and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged or unsafe.

Customers are responsible for using and maintaining products appropriately. Dragon Pages Design is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidental drops, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

All tumblers provided by Dragon Pages Design are HAND WASH ONLY. Do not microwave. Do not put in a dishwasher.

9. Intellectual Property & Original Designs

The creativity that goes into Dragon Pages Design is important to me, and I ask that you respect the work behind it.

Unless otherwise stated, original product photographs, promotional graphics, written descriptions, logos, branding, and original designs created by Dragon Pages Design belong to Dragon Pages Design or the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of its underlying artwork or grant permission to reproduce or commercially use its design.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or use my original artwork, photographs, branding, or other protected materials without permission from the appropriate rights holder.

Some products may incorporate third-party materials, licensed artwork, or customer-provided designs. Those materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and applicable license terms.

Please ask before using my original work. Supporting small businesses includes respecting the time, creativity, and effort that go into what they make.

10. Customer Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully.

You may not use the website to:

• Commit fraud or engage in unlawful activity.

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order information.

• Interfere with the website's operation or security.

• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.

• Copy or exploit website content in violation of applicable rights.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others through interactions related to the shop.

I reserve the right to restrict or cancel access or orders when there is a legitimate reason to do so, subject to applicable law.

Kindness is always appreciated. Glitter is optional. Respect is not.

I do my best to keep product listings, prices, promotions, and other website information accurate. Occasionally, mistakes or omissions may happen.
